Skrypchenko Oleksandr Volodymyrovych was born on 1^st of January 1959 in Ivankiv, Kyiv district. In 1981 entered Kyiv high radio engineering college. From 1981 to 2004 had been staying in military service personnel.

From October 2007 to March 2001 had been a director of Ivankiv Labor archive. In this period 14 funds from archive of Ivankiv district administration and 25 funds from liquidated enterprises, institutions and organizations were taken to the Labor archive.

Oleksandr Volodymyrovych had been doing all the possible to create and develop Ivankiv Labor archive: he created and organized material and technical base and so on. Was the member of Society of Archivists of Ukraine. Was awarded the thanksgiving by Ivankiv local council. Up to 2007 there had been working only one archival institution in Ivankiv region – archive of Ivankiv state administration.
